Kyle Morrow Named to Rawlings All-Atlantic Region Baseball Team

Pitt-Johnstown senior catcher Kyle Morrow earned First-Team 2014 Rawlings/American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) Division II All-Atlantic Region honors when this year's teams were released on Tuesday. East Stroudsburg University's Chris Knott garnered Atlantic Region Player of the Year honors, while Mercyhurst University's Dan Altavilla was named the region's Pitcher of the Year.

Morrow, also a First-Team All-PSAC Western division selection in 2014, hit .344 with a pair of homeruns and 20 RBI this season. His 157 at-bats, 54 hits, 15 doubles, 75 total bases, and .478 slugging percentage all led the Mountain Cats, who finished with a 23-23 overall record and advanced to the semifinals of the PSAC Tournament. Defensively, Morrow picked four runners off, and threw out 23 of 56 would-be base stealers.
