(PSAC women's Basketball Media Guide)The defending NCAA Division II Women's Basketball National Champions and PSAC Champions from California have been picked to win the PSAC West, while the team the Vulcans defeated the PSAC Championship Game, West Chester, is the favorite in the East.
Harper, a Second-Team All-PSAC choice in 2014-15, was a Preseason First-Team selection this year. Along with Harper, Aignee' Freeland (Edinboro), Miki Glenn (California), Tania Holmes (Clarion), Natalie Piaggesi (Mercyhurst), and Leslie Stapleton (IUP) were also on the Preseason First-Team.
Harper led Pitt-Johnstown in both scoring (16.5 ppg.) and rebounding (9.0 rpg.) in 2014-15 and finished 45th in the nation in field goal percentage at 50.6%.
