The 2016 NABC Coaches' Division II All-District teams and coaches, recognize the best men's collegiate basketball student-athletes and coaches in the division. Selected and voted on by member coaches of the NABC in NCAA Division II, these 88 student-athletes represent the finest basketball players across America.

Leahey, a native of Lilly, Pa. and a graduate of Penn Cambria, was selected to All-PSAC West First-Team for the second consecutive year after leading the Mountain Cats in both scoring (17.5 ppg.) and rebounding (8.1 rpg.). He scored in 1,000
th point against Indiana University (PA) in the PSAC Quarterfinals on March 1. Leahey, also a 2015-16 First-Team Academic All-District choice, will enter his senior season ranked seventh on the Pitt-Johnstown All-Time 3-point Field Goals List with 167.

Located in Kansas City, MO, the NABC was founded in 1927 by Forrest "Phog" Allen, the legendary basketball coach at the University of Kansas. Allen, a student of James Naismith, the inventor of basketball, organized coaches into this collective group to serve as Guardians of the Game. The NABC currently has nearly 5,000 members consisting primarily of university and college men's basketball coaches. All members of the NABC are expected to uphold the core values of being a Guardian of the Game by bringing attention to the positive aspects of the sport of basketball and the role coaches play in the academic and athletic lives of today's student-athletes.
