Leahey, a senior forward, is now a three-time First-Team All-PSAC selection, while Clancy, a junior guard, earned a spot on the first-team for the first time.

PSAC West Athlete of the Year Jacobo Diaz (IUP) and PSAC East Athlete of the Year Dustin Sleva (Shippensburg) headline the 2016-17 PSAC All-Conference Teams.

Spencer Casson of Seton Hill won the West's Defensive Athlete of the Year accolade, while Kutztown's Josh Johnson earned the East's Defensive Athlete of the Year distinction.

Gannon's Jimmy Berger was awarded the PSAC West Freshman of the Year, and Lock Haven's Amir Hinton was named the PSAC East Freshman of the Year.

IUP's head coach Joe Lombardi is the West Coach of the Year. Shippensburg's head coach Chris Fite is the East Coach of the Year.

Leahey, a native of Lilly, Pa. and a graduate of Penn Cambria, leads the Mountain Cats in both scoring (17.7 ppg.) and rebounding (6.8 rpg.). He is also second on the team in 3-point field goals (73), 3-point field goal percentage (48.7%), and blocked shots (19).

Nationally, Leahey ranks 43rd in NCAA Division II in field goals made (196), 71st in total points (532), and 82nd in field goal percentage (53.3%).

In addition, Leahey ranks sixth on the Mountain Cat All-Time Scoring List with 1,539 points, tied for fourth with Chris Gilliam (2004-08) on the all-time rebounding list with 699, and fourth on the 3-point field goals list with 240.Â

Clancy, a native of Pittsburgh and a graduate of Seton-LaSalle High School, leads the team in assists (6.2 apg) and steals (56) and is third on the Mountain Cat squad in scoring (14.0 ppg).

Clancy, who scored became Pitt-Johnstown's 28
th 1,000-point scorer on February 27, stands in 28
th-place on the all-time scoring list with 1,012 points and eighth-place on the Mountain Cat All-Time Assists List with 391.

Nationally, Clancy ranks 9th in NCAA Division II in total assists (187), 14th in assists per game (6.2), and 25th in 3-point field-goal percentage (44.3%). He is also ranked 34th in the country in total steals (56), 58th in steals per game (1.9 spg), and 65
th in assist turnover ratio (2.24).
