Vito Addalli

Vito Addalli was named Pitt-Johnstown’s fourth head women’s soccer coach in August 2018 after three seasons as an assistant at Mansfield University and one season at Bethany (WV) College.

In his first season, Addalli led the Mountain Cats to a 5-13 overall record and a program-best four PSAC victories, before finishing the 2019 season at 7-11 overall and setting a new PSAC wins mark by going 6-10 in conference-play.

In 2021, Addali coached Emily Esser, a First-Team All-PSAC West selection, and freshman Haley Niedig, a second-Team All-PSAC West choice and a Second-Team D2CCA All-Atlantic Region selection.

A year later, Neidig earned a spot on the All-PSAC Western Division First Team.

Through four seasons, Addalli has coached one All-Region performer, two First-Team All-PSAC West selections, and four second-team all-conference choices.
 
Addalli, who also served as an assistant coach at both Hood College and Clarion University, specializes in goalkeeper training.
 
In addition, Addalli has extensive experience coaching at the club level, including as the head coach of the STN North-Penn Soccer Club, the Beadling FC, and Hotspurs Football Club.
 
Addalli comes to Pitt-Johnstown with his USSF, NSCAA, and United Soccer Coaching Licenses.  He also received six United Soccer Coaching Diplomas and has coached in the Youth State Cup and Youth Regionals.
 
Addalli also competed competitively at the U.S.D. Noto Calcio Academy in Parlemo, Italy.
 
He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Mass Media and Journalism at Clarion University in 2012, and his Master’s in Sports Management from Southern New Hampshire University in 2018.
