University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown Athletics

The sports information office is located on the second floor of the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown Sports Center.  The primary function of the sports information office is to publicize and promote all the sports at Pitt-Johnstown in the local, state, and national media.  The sports information office is also responsible for maintaining contact with the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) and the NCAA statistical services.  In addition, the sports information office maintains the department’s web site and social media outlets, keeps photo files, and submits statistical updates.

Interviews
All interviews with players and coaches should be arranged through the sports information office.  Interviews should be arranged 24 hours in advance, but we will do everything possible to accommodate all media request.  It is also Pitt-Johnstown's policy to not release student-athlete personal information, including phone numbers and other contact information to media outlets without permission of the student-athlete.

Post-game interviews of student-athletes and coaches will be available following a 10-minute standard NCAA cooling off period after each home game.
 
Press Services
Programs, game notes, and other information will be supplied in the press box, on press row, or where applicable. Complete box scores and play-by-play are available shortly after the games. Box scores and stats are also posted to the athletic website at http://pittjohnstownathletics.com/ as soon as possible following the conclusion of the game.
