Millersville University broke open a 1-0 halftime lead with four second half goals to deal the Mountain Cats a 5-0 PSAC loss, Saturday night at Millersville, Pa. With the loss Pitt-Johnstown fell to 2-14-0 overall and 0-10-0 in conference-play.
Anthony Fratini scored the first goal of the match in just the 5th minute, before Millersville added four additional second half goals in the 58th, 59th, 60th, and 71st minutes to set the final at 5-0.
Nolan Levine took the loss in net for the Mountain Cats after making ten saves and allowing five goals. Brad Benzing earned the shutout victory for Millersville, while only making one save.
With the win Millersville University improved to 10-4-1 overall and 7-2-0 in the PSAC.
The Mountain Cats will travel to Ohio Valley University on Wednesday for a non-conference match, before hosting PSAC opponentSeton Hill University for their season-finale on Saturday.
