Gilliam, the nation's leader in field goal percentage, finished 6-8 from the field and 3-3 from the free-throw line. Gilliam also pulled down four rebounds, while Goldcamp was 5-7 from the floor and 2-4 from the free-throw line. Guards J.J. The Mountain Cats expanded the lead to 13 points twice in the second half, but the Vulcans cut the lead to four with 4:19 to play in the game. However, Pitt Johnstown hit nine of its 12 free-throws down the stretch to ice the victory.
