Men's Soccer Battles Seton Hill to 0-0 Tie

The Pitt-Johnstown men's soccer team battled Seton Hill University for 110 minutes, but neither team was able to find the back of the net and settled for a 0-0 double overtime tie, Monday afternoon at the Pitt-Johnstown Soccer Field. Craig Neff (Elizabethtown, Pa.) made seven saves to post his six shutout of the season for Pitt-Johnstown. The Mountain Cats are now 6-6-1 overall and 3-2-1 in the WVIAC.
Neff faced 19 Seton Hill shots and made seven saves, while Jon DeLuca saw 13 shots and made seven saves for the Griffins.
Pitt-Johnstown's Jason Swope (Indiana, Pa.) had five shots, including four shots on-goal. Mike Pisentis led the Griffins with five shots and two shots on-goal.
With the tie, Seton Hill is now 5-6-2 overall and 2-3-1 in conference play.
Pitt-Johnstown travels to West Virginia Wesleyan College on Friday, before returning home to Host Davis & Elkins (WV) College on Tuesday, October 14 at 4:00 p.m.
