02/26/2007

Pitt Johnstown junior forward Chris Gilliam (Baltimore, MD) was named Second Team All-West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference when this year's teams were released on Monday. Gilliam is the Mountain Cats' leading scorer and leading rebounder.
With on game to play in the regular season, Gilliam has helped lead Head Coach Bob Rukavina's team to a 20-9 overall record to mark the second consecutive 20-win season for the Mountain Cats.
Gilliam leads the Mountain Cats in both scoring at 17.3 points per game and rebounding at 6.3 rebounds per game. He is also ranked seventh in NCAA Division II in Field Goal Percentage at 64.0% after leading the country in that same category last season.
