Lady Cat senior guard Sheena Aden (Sandy Lake, Pa.) was named a NCAA Division II Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA)-State Farm Honorable Mention All-American when this year's teams were released on Tuesday... (Full WBCA Release)
Aden, a three-time All-WVIAC Women's Basketball selection, was Pitt-Johnstown's second leading scorer (17.7 ppg.) and rebounder (5.6 rpg.) this season. Aden led the Lady Cats in field goal percentage (52.6%), free-throw percentage (80.4%), and steals (57) and ranked second on the team in assists (70).
Nationally in 2010-11, Aden ranked 36th in field goal percentage, 39th in scoring, and 95th in free-throw percentage on her way to helping the Lady Cats finish with a 16-11 overall record and a 13-9 mark in the WVIAC.
Aden finished her Pitt-Johnstown career ranked fourth on the Lady Cat All-Time Scoring List (1,602 points) and 18th on the all-time rebounding list (576 rebounds).
