Mountain Cat Wrestlers Dominate 2007 East Coast Duals With Six Wins

The Mountain Cat jumped out to a 12-0 lead on decisions by sophomore Scott Morgan (125 lbs.) (North Huntingdon, Pa.) and red-shirt freshman Adam Whetstone (141 lbs.) (Claysburg, Pa.), and a fall at :13 seconds by junior All-American Brandon Reasy (New Enterprise, Pa.) at 133 lbs. in a 31-6 win over UNC-Pembroke. Red-shirt freshman Patrick Walsh (184 lbs.) (Leesport, Pa.) won an 18-2 technical fall at 6:45 over Justin McEntire at 184 lbs., and senior National Qualifier Joe Strittmatter (157 lbs.) (Ebensburg, Pa.) and sophomore Jon Neese (HWT.) (Chambersville, Pa.) both won by major decision. Kyle Keane (165 lbs.) (Clearfield, Pa.) and Rob Sakmar (174 lbs.) (Johnstown, Pa.) each won by decision.
