Box Score Colin Michalski scored the lone goal of the match mid-way through the second half to lead Pitt-Johnstown to a 1-0 non-conference victory over Chowan (NC) University on a soggy Saturday afternoon at the Pitt-Johnstown Soccer Field. The Mountain Cats made it two straight victories and improved to 2-3-0 overall.

With rain falling through the entire match, Pitt-Johnstown was finally able to find the back of the net when Michalski took Steve Marsh's cross and beat Chowan goalkeeper Jax Eddleman in the 68^th minute.

Tim Ofman made three saves and earned the shutout in goal for the Mountain Cats. Eddleman was forced to make eight saves and allowed one goal in net for Chowan.

With the loss Chowan fell to 0-3-0 overall.

The Mountain Cats visit California University (PA) on Sunday for a PSAC match, before traveling to Goldey-Beacom (DE) College for a non-conference match on Thursday.
