Clarion University bounced back from a first set loss to win three straight sets and defeat the Lady Cats volleyball team 3-1 in Friday's second match of the 2013 PSAC Crossover in California, Pa.Â
Marissa Erminio had 14 kills and 12 digs to lead Pitt-Johnstown, which dropped to 6-4 overall and 0-2 in the PSAC.

After the Lady Cats took set one 25-20, the Golden Eagles claimed 25-18, 25-22, and 25-17 wins to secure the victory and improve to 12-0 overall and 2-0 in conference-play.

Along with Erminio,
Kelsey Shanabrook had nine kills, 15 digs, two block solos and a pair of block assists.Â
Beth Kendera added eight kills, and
Ashley DiRado collected six kills and four block assists in the loss.

Allison Mondorff finished with a team-high 39 set assists to go along with 14 digs, while
Katie Svetahor led Pitt-Johnstown with 23 digs.

Emily Stewart had a match-high 23 kills, and Abbey Cox and Hannah Heeter each had 12 kills for Clarion.

Pitt-Johnstown travels to Greensburg on Saturday for two more PSAC Crossover matches against Seton Hill University and Indiana University (PA).
