Kendall Mahony had 13 kills, and Marissa Erminio added 12 kills to lead the Lady Cat volleyball team to a 25-16, 25-21, 25-20 sweep over California University (PA) in Friday's conference opener at the 2014 PSAC Crossover in Shippensburg.  Pitt-Johnstown improved to 5-1 overall and 1-0 in conference-play.
 
Along with her match-high 13 kills, Mahony collected two block assists and four service aces, while Erminio had 12 kills, 10 digs and a block assist.  Pitt-Johnstown also got five kills from Cambria Wierman in the sweep.
 
Nikki Oakes led the Lady Cats with 19 set assists and five aces.  Oakes also finished with seven digs.  Nicole Curran had 15 assists and six digs, and Devan Orr chipped-in 20 digs.
 
Danielle Hayes and Rachel Snyder each had five kills to pace California (PA), now 6-4 overall and 0-1 in the PSAC.
