Box Score Marissa Erminio had a match-high 16 kills in a 3-sets-to-2 Lady Cat victory over Malone (OH) University in Saturday's final round of the 2014 IUP Crimson Hawk Classic that helped Pitt-Johnstown finish with a perfect 3-0 record.

The Lady Cats and Malone split the first four sets, but Pittt-Johnstown was abled to hold on for a 17-15 win in the fifth set to secure the win.

Along with Erminio, Kendall Mahony had 10 kills, four service aces, and four block assists, and Cambria Wierman added nine kills, a block solo, and three block assists.  Madeline George finished with five block solos and four block assists, while Devan Orr had a match-high 25 digs. Pitt-Johnstown also got 21 service aces from Nikki Oakes and 14 assists from Nicole Curran in the victory.

Sarah Brent and Shelbi Meek each had nine kills to lead Malone, which slipped to 1-2.

Pitt-Johnstown travels to the College of Saint Rose (NY) on Saturday for a tri-match with Roberts Wesleyan (NY) College, before opening conference-play a PSAC Crossover at Shippensburg University on September 19-20.
