Matt Sangermano netted a hat trick for Slippery University and The Rock broke open a two-goal halftime lead with five second half goals en route to dealing the Mountain Cats a 7-0 PSAC road loss on Saturday.  Pitt-Johnstown's season came to an end with a 1-17-0 overall record and 0-11-0 mark in conference-play.
 
Goals by Sangermano in the 21^st and 38^th minutes gave Slippery Rock a 2-0 advantage at the half, before The Rock broke it open with five more goals in the second half, including Sangermano's third of the day in the 62^nd minute.
 
Nate Kleya suffered the loss in goal for Pitt-Johnstown after facing 34 Slippery Rock shots and making 10 saves.  Kyle Hoffer earned the shutout in net for The rock.  Hoffer saw just eight Pitt-Johnstown shots and was forced to make three saves.
 
Slippery Rock improved to 11-6-0 overall and 7-4-0 in the PSAC.
