Melissa Wagner in Saturday's 4-0 victory to open a non-conference with Seton Hill University, before completing the sweep with a 12-10 win behind
Allessa Morrison's four hits and five RBI. Pitt-Johnstown improved to 3-8.

In game one, Pitt-Johnstown broke open a one-run game with three runs in the fifth inning on its way to the 4-0 win.

Taylor Hoover's double to right center in the Pitt-Johnstown first inning made it 1-0. That's all Wagner would need in the circle.

Wagner pitched a complete-game four-hit shutout to earn her first win of the year.

With the score still 1-0 in the fifth, Pitt-Johnstown loaded the bases with one out and got a two-run single from
Marley Elbin, before
Montana Mang's infield single scored
Morgan Cannin to make it 4-0.

Elbin singled and drove in two, and Mang and Hoover also had RBI for Pitt-Johnstown. Cannin went 1-for-2 with a runs scored.

In game two, Pitt-Johnstown opened-up a 7-0 lead after two innings, the held off the Griffins to complete the sweep.

Ashley Shor scored on a first-inning wild pitch to start off the scoring in the nightcap. Two batters later, Morrison drove home two with a base hit, and
McKenna Kern's ground out chased home
Courtney McMahan to make it 4-0.

Pitt-Johnstown tacked on three more in the second, but Seton Hill answered with six runs of its own in the third and two more in the fourth to knot it at eight.

However, Kern's RBI single and Kelsey Feeny's two-run base hit in the Pitt-Johnstown half of the fourth made it 11-8.

Morrison added a solo homerun in the sixth, and Pitt-Johnstown held on for the 12-10 win.

Morrison went 4-for-4 with a homer, five RBI and two runs, and Kern and Feeny each drove in a pair for Pitt-Johnstown. Shor collected two hits and scored two runs, while Cannin and McMahan had an RBI apiece.

Seton Hill fell to 7-11.

Pitt-Johnstown travels to Wilmington (DE) University for a non-conference doubleheader on Tuesday, before opening-up PSAC-Central play with home doubleheaders against Mansfield University on Friday at 2:30 p.m. and Clarion University on Saturday at 1 p.m.Â
