Kelsey Feeney's two-run home run proved to be the game-winner in a 3-1 Pitt-Johnstown Senior Day victory over Indiana University (PA) in Saturday's first game of a PSAC doubleheader at V.E. Erickson Complex. IUP took the second game 6-0 to end Pitt-Johnstown's season at 15-23 overall and 4-16 in the PSAC Central.

In the opener, Kaitlyn Beers scored from third on a double steal to open the scoring and give IUP a 1-0 lead in the top of the fourth inning.
Pitt-Johnstown came right back in the bottom of the frame.
Amanda O'Toole lined a one-out single to center field and Feeney hit the next pitch over the left field fence for a two-run home run that put Pitt-Johnstown in front.
Rizzo's RBI single scored Feeney with an insurance run for Pitt-Johnstown in the sixth, and
Melissa Wagner went out and shut IUP down in the seventh to close out the 2-hit, complete-game.
Wagner allowed just one run on two base hits, singles to Beers and Lauren Goetz, to improve to 11-10. Wagner also fanned three and did not allow a walk.
Morgan Cannin went 3-for-3, while Feeney was 2-for-3 with a home run and two RBI for Pitt-Johnstown. Rizzo singled twice and drive in a run, and
McKenna Kern and O'Toole each had hits.
In game two, the Crimson Hawks jumped out to an early 2-0 lead on Hannah Mercer's line-drive home run to center in the top of the first.
IUP added three unearned runs in the third to increase it to 5-0, before Laura Cotter's solo home run in the fifth made it 6-0.
Cannin added two more hits for Pitt-Johnstown. Feeney doubled and Weiser collected a base hit.
Wagner got her second start of the day and took the loss to fall to 11-11 overall after surrendering five runs (2 earned) on six hits in 2 2/3 innings.
Samantha Frey pitched the final 4 1/3 innings and held IUP to just one run on two hits.
With the split, IUP ended the regular season at 24-17 overall and 13-7 in conference-play.
