
The Pitt-Johnstown women's soccer team dropped a home-conference game against East Stroudsburg, 3-2 Friday afternoon. The Mountain Cats fell to 4-9-0 overall and 4-8-0 in the PSAC. East Stroudsburg improved to 10-3-1 and 9-2-1 in conference.
Philippa Borjesson found the back of the net in the 16
th minute. Just seconds later,
Sam Roberts tied it up on a rebound and finish.
In the 21
st minute, East Stroudsburg re-gained the lead on an Alex Pickett goal.
In the 62

Abby LaDuke found Emilly Esser for her fourth goal on the season, to tie it at two.
Pickett scored what would be the game winning goal in the 83
rd minute on a cross from Haley Skove.
Leigh Appolonia took the loss in net for the Mountain Cats. Appolonia faced 23 shots, made seven saves and allowed three goals.
Mauri Jackson earned the win in net for East Stroudsburg. Jackson faced seven shots, made one save and allowed two goals

The Mountain Cats return to action Sunday afternoon when they travel to take on Seton Hill.
