The Pitt-Johnstown women's soccer team dropped the season final, 4-2, against No. 12 ranked Kutztown University. Pitt-Johnstown finished the season 5-13-0 and 4-12-0 in the PSAC. Kutztown finished 14-3-1 overall and 12-3-1 in the conference.
Kutztown scored three goals from Gabby Kane, Kayla Argen and Alysa Ryan in a three-minute span before the Mountain Cats stormed back to make it, 3-2 with goals from Kacey Sullinger and Krya Watkins.
In the 73rd minute, Argen got her second goal of the game to open up a 4-2 lead for Kutztown.
Leigh Appolonia took the loss in net for the Mountain Cats. Appolonia faced 26 shots, made 12 saves and allowed four goals.
Imani Taylor earned the win in net for Bloomsburg. Taylor saw seven shots, made one save and allowed two goals.
