The Pitt-Johnstown volleyball team will close out the 2019 home portion of its schedule with a PSAC match against Indiana (PA) on Tuesday. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. in the Sports Center.

Pitt-Johnstown is 14-12 overall and 6-10 in the PSAC Southwest Division after winning to-of-three conference matches last week in the Sports Center. Pitt-Johnstown earned five-set wins over Mercyhurst and Edinboro on Friday and Saturday, before suffering a three-set loss to Gannon in Saturday's Senior Day match.Â
Noelle Carota had 12 kills and
Caitlin Vrabel added 10 kills to lead the Mountain Cats against the Golden Knights.

Indiana (PA), 6-19 overall and 5-11 in the PSAC Southwest, has lost its last four matches, including a four-set loss to Edinboro on Saturday and a three-set loss to Gannon on Sunday. Gia Cannavino led the Crimson Hawks with 10 kills in the loss to Gannon.

On October 15, Pitt-Johnstown made the trip to Indiana can came away with a 3-sets-to-1 win over IUP.Â
Lauren Gechter and Carota each had 11 kills to pace the Mountain Cats, while Nicole Peterson had a match-high 16 kills, and Jessica Ignace and Lizzie Virgin had 13 and 12 kills, respectively for the Crimson Hawks.

Pitt-Johnstown will close out the 2019-20 regular season with PSAC matches at Seton Hill on Friday and at California (PA) on Saturday.
