Eric Kinsey's men's soccer team and
Vito Addalli's women's soccer team will both make their 2019 home debuts on Saturday at the Pitt-Johnstown Soccer Field. The men's team will host a non-conference match against Wheeling (WV) University at noon, and the women will hOSt a PSAC Western Division match against Slippery Rock at 2:30.
Pitt-Johnstown opened the season with a 4-0 non-conference win at Penn State-New Kensington on Sept. 5.
Patrick Ahmed netted a pair of goals, while
Brady Brown had a goal and two assists and
Mitch Snowden collected two assists to lead the Mountain Cats.

Coach James Regan, suffered a 3-1 season-opening loss at Seton Hill on Sept. 5. The Cardinals also had Wednesday's match at Notre Dame (OH) postponed due to weather while leading 2-1 in the 52

The Mountain Cats host a non-conference match against Shepherd (WV) on Tuesday at 4 p.m., before traveling to Roberts Wesleyan (NY) for a non-conference match next Saturday.
The Mountain Cats slipped to 0-2-0 and 0-1-0 in the PSAC after Wednesday's 5-1 loss at Gannon.

Slippery Rock, under fifth-year
Coach Jessica Griggs, is 2-1-0 overall and 1-0-0 in the PSAC after getting goals from
Sofia Harrison,
Rachel Edge, and
Jordyn Minda in a 3-0 win at Clarion on Wednesday. The Golden Eagles also defeated 16
th-ranked West Virginia Wesleyan, 2-1, on Monday.
Last season,
Kyra Watkins' penalty shot goal in the 29
th minute was not enough for the Mountain Cats, as
Megan Sikora and Brooke Testa both scored goals to lead Slippery Rock to a 2-1 victory.
The Mountain Cats will host a PSAC match against Clarion on Wednesday at 4:00 at the Pitt-Johnstown Soccer Field, before traveling to a conference match at Seton Hill next Saturday.
