Seven Pitt-Johnstown softball players earned 2021 Easton/National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-America Scholar-Athlete honors when this year's awards were released on Tuesday.

Pitt-Johnstown recipients include: Ali Belgiovane, Sydney Flinn, Alyssa Hileman, Kristie Radvan, Tori Radvan, Carly Santillo, and Stacey Walling.

Over 8,800 student-athletes were named 2021 Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athletes, the highest total in Association history, it marked the second consecutive year (2018-19) achieving the 8,000-plus plateau.

Frostburg State (MD) led the way for NCAA Division II with a 3.791 overall team GPA.  In all, 1,727 NCAA Division II student-athletes were Scholar All-Americans.

The team rankings and individual honors are submitted by member head coaches and recognize the academic prowess of softball teams across the Association's membership categories.
