Molly Wagoner was named PSAC West Women's Basketball Defensive Athlete of the Week when the conference office announced its weekly awards on Monday.
In three games last week, Wagoner averaged 4.7 points, 8.3 rebounds, 6.3 defensive rebounds, 1.3 assists, 2.0 blocks, and 1.3 steals.
Wagoner scored four points, grabbed a game-high nine rebounds, including seven on the defensive end, made three steals and had one block and one assist in last Monday's 66-61 loss at No. 25 Gannon.
On Wednesday, Wagoner scored two points, pulled down five defensive rebounds and added a block, a steal, and three assists in a 62-45 victory over Slippery Rock in the Sports Center.
She wrapped-up her week with eight points and tied for game-high with 11 rebounds (7 defensive rebounds). Wagoner also blocked a game-high four shots in Saturday's 71-61 win at Clarion.
