The Pitt-Johnstown men's soccer team will take on 19
th-ranked Mercyhurst Wednesday afternoon as part of a PSAC Western Division doubleheader with the women's team. The women will play California (PA) at 12:30 p.m., before the men take on the Lakers at 3 p.m. at the Pitt-Johnstown Soccer Field.
Head Coach Eric Kinsey and his Pitt-Johnstown squad will close out the 2023 home schedule against nationally-ranked Mercyhurst.
Pitt-Johnstown, 3-6-1 overall and 1-5-1 in the PSAC West, is coming off of a is coming off of a 1-1 conference draw at Seton Hill on Wednesday and a 3-0 setback to Slippery Rock on Saturday.

Jorge Tallada Torres each had a goal and an assist in a 3-3 draw with No. 10 Gannon on Wednesday. On Saturday, the Lakers suffered a 1-0 loss to Seton Hill.
Pitt-Johnstown and Mercyhurst met in Erie on Oct. 11 and the Lakers came away with a 4-1 victory.
The Mountain Cats will close out the 2023 season with PSAC West road matches at California (PA) on Saturday and at Gannon on Nov. 3.
