After averaging 19.3 points, 10.7 rebounds and 4.0 assists in three games, Pitt-Johnstown senior guard/forward
Cassidy Crawford was named PSAC Western Division Women's Basketball Athlete of the Week when the conference released this week's honorees on Wednesday.
Crawford also shot 48.7% (19-39) from the field and averaged 1.3 blocks and 1.0 steals per game.
In Friday's 73-65 win at Wheeling (WV), Crawford collected game-highs of 24 points and 14 rebounds. She shot 7-12 from the field, 1-2 from 3-point range, and 9-10 from the free-throw line, while dishing out four assists and blocking two shots.
Crawford followed that up with 18 points on 7-13 shooting and 3-4 free-throws with seven rebounds and five assists in a 77-56 PSAC Crossover victory over Bloomsburg, Monday night in the Sports Center.
She then scored 18 points and pulled down a game-high 11 rebounds, had three assists, two blocks, and three steals in Tuesday afternoon's 79-41 PSAC win over East Stroudsburg.
