The Pitt-Johnstown Softball team will host a PSAC Western Division doubleheader against Seton Hill, Thursday afternoon starting at 2 p.m. at V.E. Erickson Complex.  The games were originally scheduled to be played on Tuesday but were postponed due to weather.
 
Coach Niki Cognigni-Pecora and the Pitt-Johnstown Mountain Cats come in at 11-23 overall and 6-16 in the PSAC West after splitting four PSAC West games over the weekend.  On Friday, the Mountain Cats suffered a 2-0 loss to open at Edinboro, before Tori Radvan's four RBI led Pitt-Johnstown to a 6-5 win in game two.  On Saturday, Gannon earned a 3-1 win in game one, before Mia Smith's complete-game 12-strikeout performance helped the Mountain Cats to 6-1 win in the nightcap.
 
Seton Hill, under first-year Coach Cassie Moore, has won its last seven games and comes in at 22-12 overall and 15-5 in the PSAC West.  The Griffins swept conference doubleheaders from Clarion on Tuesday, Gannon on Wednesday, and Mercyhurst on Saturday.
 
On March 28, Pitt-Johnstown made the trip to Greensburg and suffered 9-1, and 13-5 losses to the Griffins.
 
Pitt-Johnstown will host a PSAC West doubleheader against Mercyhurst on Friday at 2 p.m. at V.E. Erickson Complex, before playing a pair of conference games atSlippery on Saturday.
