Lualis Alvarado and Brooke Pelloni racked up 10 kills apiece to pace Pitt-Johnstown's 3-0 sweep over Frostburg State in the final game of the Frostburg State Tournament on Saturday night. The Mountain Cats bounced back from their first loss of the season and finished the tournament with a 3-1 mark.

Pitt-Johnstown's Adiamar Beaz and and Gabi DeRenzo earned spots on the All-tournament Team.

Set scores were 25-21, 25-10, 25-23.

Natalie Lippincott had seven kills and Dannika Susko added five kills for the Mountain Cats. Beaz dished out a match-high 30 assists and provided 17 digs. DeRenzo compiled a match-high 23 digs.

Beverly Braun had a match-high 12 kills for Frostburg State, which wrapped up the tournament with a 2-2 record.

Pitt-Johnstown will compete in the West Chester University Tournament that kicks off on Friday. The Mountain Cats matchup against the hosts in the night cap at 6 p.m. on Friday. Pitt-Johnstown's conference home opener is set for Sept. 22 at 6 p.m. against Seton Hill.
