Head Coach Eric Kinsey and the Pitt-Johnston men's soccer program will recognize nine seniors prior to Saturday's PSAC Western Division match against Slippery Rock. Kick-off is scheduled for noon at the Pitt-Johnstown Soccer Field.

Pitt-Johnstown comes into the match at 6-3-1 overall and 1-2-1 in the PSAC West. The Mountain Cats picked-up a 1-0, non-conference win over Chestnut Hill behind
Cam Wagner's goal off of an assist from
Roberto Lozano on Tuesday. Tichnell and
Sebastian Roman Rivera combined to make three saves to preserve the shutout against the Griffins. Last Saturday,
Pau Cano and
Ryan Kyei Boahen each netted goals, but Seton Hill dealt the Mountain cats a 5-2 conference road loss.
Seventh-year
Head Coach Kevin Wilhelm's Slippery Rock squad is 5-5-1 overall and 2-2-0 in conference-play following Wednesday's 2-0 non-conference victory over Daemen (NY).
Kaden Reynolds accounted for both Slippery Rock goals. The Rock also got a pair of goals from
Gabin Lonjard in last Saturday's 3-0 PSAC Win over California (PA).
Last season, the Rock earned two narrow victories over the Mountain Cats. Slippery Rock won a 2-1 match in Johnstown on Oct. 16, before holding off the Mountain Cats, 2-0 in Slippery Rock on Oct. 26.
Pitt-Johnstown travels to PSAC West matches at California (PA) on Wednesday and at Gannon on Oct. 25, before returning home to host a conference match against Lock Haven on Oct. 29.
