FULL RESULTS
The Pitt-Johnstown men's cross country team took the course Friday evening at the Penn State-Behrend Men's Cross Country Twilight Meet, finishing third among the meet's scoring squads. Senior Aiden Lechleitner paced the Mountain Cats, placing 10th overall in 29:31.1.
Penn State Behrend swept the top three individual spots, scoring 19 points behind senior Peyton Brewer's winning time of 27:35.7. Quinn Brewer (28:31.1) and Nathan Bertolo (28:37.7) finished second and third, respectively, to complete the Lions' sweep, with Behrend's total time of 2:22:45.1. California (Pa.) was the team runner-up with 47 points and a total time of 2:30:40.0. Pitt-Johnstown placed third with 71 points and a total time of 2:47:30.4. Westminster (Pa.) fielded fewer than five finishers and did not factor into the team scoring.
 Lechleitner led the Mountain Cats, placing 10th overall in 29:31.1. He was followed by Jacob Dormire (16th, 31:21.6), Ryan Hayes (18th, 31:36.8), Gavin Smith (26th, 35:18.6) and Caleb Fruscello (27th, 39:42.1) to round out Pitt-Johnstown's scoring five.
Pitt-Johnstown returns to action Sept. 26 at the Lock Haven Invitational, followed by the Lehigh University Paul Short Invitational on Oct. 3.
