2013 Season
Jake Warner, a 2014 Preseason NCBWA Second-Team All-American, led the Mountain Cats with a .420 batting average on his way to being named First-Team Daktronics All-American and Second-Team NCBWA All-American in 2013. He also led the Mountain Cats in hits (74), runs (46), doubles (14), RBI (40), and total bases (99). Warner, a First-Team All-WVIAC choice and a First-Team Daktronics All-Region, ranked third in NCAA Division 2 in toughest to strikeout at 35.2 and 13th in batting average at 420.
2012 Season
Warner earned the starting job at second base in 2012 and took advantage of his opportunity by being named First-Team All-WVIAC and Second-Team NCBWA All-Atlantic Region. Warner led the Mountain Cats in hits (66), runs (47), doubles (17), walks (22) and stolen bases (13), and his .393 batting average was third on the team. Warner struck out just seven times in 168 at-bats.
2011 Season
Warner played in 11 games as a freshman in 2011 and batted .154 with an RBI and two runs scored.

Warner is a native of Dillsburg, Pa. and a graduate of Northern York County High School...earned four letters in baseball and three in football…two-time Mid-Penn All-Conference selection...two-time All-Sentinel Player (Carlisle, Pa.) and two-time Big 11 Player Runner-up (Harrisburg, Pa.)…ended high school career with .419 batting average, 18 doubles, three triples, one homerun and 54 RBI…helped lead team to four straight play-off appearances...2009 Mid-Penn, Conference Titles…two-time Mid-Penn Conference Division Champions...majoring in Mechanical Engineer Technology...son of Craig and Joni Warner.
