2013 Season
In 45 games started in 2013, Mike Palkovitz batted .404 with nine doubles, two triples, three homeruns, and 37 RBI. Led the team with seven stolen bases and was second in RBI (37), total bases (91), hits (69), runs (38), and at bats (171). He ranked 18th in NCAA Division 2 in toughest to strikeout (21.4) and 25th in batting average (.404).
2012 Season
Palkovitz played in 43 games as a freshman in 2012 and led the Mountain Cats with a .400 (56-140) batting average. His 56 hits tied him for second on the team. Palkovitz had nine doubles, three triples, and a homerun. He drove in 33 runs and struck out just nine times in 140-at-bats.
