Oggie Atwood transferred to Pitt-Johnstown from Mount Olive (NC) University prior to the 2020-21 season.
Freshman Season (2019-20)
2020 NCAA Division II National Qualifier at Mount Olive University...21-5 overall record...2020 First-Team All-Conference Carolina.
Sophomore Season (2020-21)
Did not wrestle due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Red-Shirt Sophomore Season (2021-22)
Atwood took over the starting duties at 285 lbs. midway through the season and was 14-4 overall and 9-2 in dual meets. Atwood, the PSAC Wrestler of the Week on January 24 after recording three falls in 4:29 at the Mountain Cat Quad Meet, placed fourth at the Super Region I Tournament. He was tied for the team-lead with eight wins by fall.
Red-Shirt Junior Season (2022-23)
Sharing time in the 285-lb. weight class, Atwood posted a 5-2 overall record and a 3-1 mark in dual meets. Three of his wins came by way of fall and two by major decision.
