Biography

At Pitt-Johnstown

2013 Season

Ryan Socol appeared on the mound in 17 games in 2013 and finished with a 3-2 record and 4.50 ERA in 36 innings. His three saves tied for the team lead while his 24 strikeouts were fifth on the team.

2012 Season

Socol posted a 2-0 record with two saves in 20 innings of work as a freshman in 2012.  Socol, who made nine of his 10 appearances out of the bullpen, had a 4.05 ERA.

At Montour High School

Native of Pittsburgh, Pa and graduate of Montour High School….three-year letterman in both baseball and basketball at Montour High School…WPIAL All-Star…majoring in Actuarial Science...son of Roger and Joyce Socol of Pittsburgh, Pa.
