At Northeastern High School
Austin Greene was a two-year letterman for Head Coach Jon Eyster at Northeastern High School where he helped lead his team to a county championship, a district championship, and a berth in the PIAA Final four.

Greene is the son of Antonio and Carolyn Greene of Mount Wolf, Pa.
