2021-22 Season
Colin Cote made his Mountain Cat debut after COVID-19 canceled his first season. Cote, who battled through injuries, played in 11 games and averaged 3.3 points per game. He grabbed seven rebounds, dished out a pair of assists, made three steals, and hit 10 of his 24 3-pointers.
Cote has single-game highs of nine points at Millersville on Dec. 4, 2021, two rebounds at Clarion on Feb. 12, 2022, and 1 rebound against Lock Haven on Dec. 19, 2021, and one assist at Clarion on Feb. 12, 2022.
At Peters Township High School
Colin Cote, a three-year starter and 2018-19 and 2019-20 6A All-Section selection for Head Coach Gary Goga at Peters Township High School, averaged 19.0 points and 6.5 rebounds per game as a senior. Cote, who finished his high school career ranked in the Top-4 on Peters Township’s All-Time Scoring List with 1,103 points, helped lead the team to back-to-back trips to the WPIAL Quarterfinals and a spot in the PIAA A State Playoffs in 2019-20. He was also a two-time Observer Reporter All-District selection and a two-time Almanac All-Star.
Cote, on the Honor Roll all four years in high school, is the son of Jim and Jonelle Cote of Pittsburgh, Pa.
Cote is majoring in Finance.
