Biography
At Shaler Area High School
Keegan Smetanka scored over 900 points and help lead his team to multiple trips to the WPIAL and PIAA playoffs under Head Coach Rob Niederberger at Shaler Area High School. A Second-Team All-Conference choice in 2021-22 and a First-Team All-Conference performer in 2023-24, Smetanka averaged 15.0 points per game and powered the Titans to a section championship and a spot in the PIAA State Quarterfinals. The three-year starter served as team captain his senior season before ending the year as a member of the Gold Team in the 2024 Roundball Classic All-Star Game.
He is the son of Bryan and Skyler Smetanka of Glenshaw, Pa.
Smetanka is majoring in Supply Chain Management
