Mike is expected take a red-shirt during the 2009-10 season.
Mike, a three-year starter and senior captain for Head Coach Lance Maha, earned AAA All-Section honors following the 2008-09 season. Mike, one of the top three-point shooters in the WPIAL, averaged 14 points per game as a senior and finished his career with 612 points. He recorded single-game highs of 27 points against McGuffey High School, 14 rebounds against Chartiers Valley and 11 assists against Steel Valley. He also had a career-best seven three-pointers against McGuffey. Mike, who earned Top-10 Player Award at the 2009 All-American Showcase, also helped lead West Mifflin to three WPIAL Quarterfinals appearances.
