2023-24 Season
After red-shirting in 2022-23, Nick Watts made his Pitt-Johnstown debut and played in 27 games (5 starts). He finished fifth on the team in scoring at 10.1 point pints per game and fourth in rebounding at 4.1 rebounds per game. His 51.1% (102-200) field goal percentage paced the Mountain Cats, while his seven blocks were tied for third. He also collected 42 assists and his seven on his 21 2-point field goal attempts. Watts scored in double figures 13 times, and had five or more rebounds 10 times.
Watts has single-game highs of 21 points against Shippensburg on Jan. 3, 2024 and eight rebounds against Concord (WV) on Nov. 11, 2023. He also had five assists against Indiana (PA) on Jan. 17, 2024 and five assists at Gannon on Feb. 25, 2024.

Nick Watts played for Head Coach Andrew Deloia at Northport High School where he earned Most Valuable Player honors in Long Island’s League 2. He averaged 14.0 points, 12.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists, and 3.0 blocks per game on his way to leading Northport to three consecutive appearances in the Suffolk County Championship game, including a county championship in 2021-22. Watts, who holds the school record for points in a half (42) and 3-pointers in a game (12), was also named All-Conference and All-County.
Academically, he was a member of the Business Honor Society and a graduate of the Academy of Finance.
He is the son of Jim and Jennifer Watts of Northport, NY.
Watts is majoring in Business Marketing.
