In eight games-played as a sophomore, Tanner Barley averaged 1.4 points in 4.0 minutes per game...Barkley also shot 4-9 from the field and 3-6 from behind the 3-point line.
Through two seasons, Barkley has single-game highs of six points against Penn State-Greater Allegheny on Dec. 2, 2025 and one rebound on five occasions.

As a true freshman in 2024-25, Tanner Barkley played in five games off the bench and averaged 1.0 points and nearly one rebound per game. He shot 2-4 from the field and 1-3 from behind the 3-point line.
At Windber Area High School
Tanner Barkley was an All-West PAC Conference and All-Somerset County performer his senior year for Head Coach Steve Slatcoff at Windber Area High School. Barkley, a team captain, led the Ramblers all the way to the District 5 championship game by averaging 11.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 5.0 assists per game during the 2023-24 season. Barkley, who was selected to play in the District 5 All-Star Basketball Game, was also an All-West PAC and All-Somerset County performer in both football and track and field. He graduated Valedictorian and was a member of the National Honor Society with a 4.98 overall GPA.
