Biography
At Pitt-Johnstown
In her freshman season at Pitt-Johnstown, Alyssa Altemus played in 27 games (15 starts), while averaging 3.6 points per game and 2.3 rebounds per game. She shot 36-77 (.468) from the field, in addition to 11-26 (.423) from three-point range. Altemus also provided 35 assists, 14 steals, and one block.Â
As a freshman in 2025-26, Altemus posted single-game highs of 14 points and six rebounds against California (PA) on Feb. 18, 2026. She also added four assists against West Liberty on Nov. 22, 2025.
At Penns Manor High School
Alyssa Altemus was a four-year letter-winner at Penns Manor High School where she finished her career with 1,526 points, 680 rebounds, and 402 assists. She helped lead her team to the 2023-24 Heritage Conference championship, a spot in the PIAA State Semifinals, and the school record for most victories In the classroom, Altemus graduated with a 4.0 overall GPA.

She is the daughter of Eric and Carol Altemus of Penn Run, Pa.
