In 2022-23, Madeline Cecere saw action in seven games off the bench. Cecere scored two points, dished out one assist, and made one steal.
Through two seasons Cecere has single-games highs of six points against Shepherd (WV) University on Dec. 14, 2021, three rebounds against Clarion University on Jan. 15, 2022, and one assists on six occasions.

Cecere played in 17 games off the bench as a freshman in 2021-22 and averaged nearly one point and one rebound per game. Cecere also had five assists and six steals.
She is majoring in Early Childhood Education. Madeline is the daughter of Ralph and Carol Cecere of Windber, Pa.
At Forest Hills High School
Madeline Cecere, who played basketball for her mother, Carol Cecere, at Forest Hills High School, was a four-year letter-winner in both basketball and volleyball and a three-year letter-winner in track and field. Cecere, grabbed more than 500 career rebounds on her way to helping lead her team to four straight District 6 Championships and a Laurel Highland Athletic Conference (LHAC) title in 2021. Her team also reached the PIAA Sweet 16 in 2018, Elite 8 in 2020, and the PIAA Final Four in 2021.
In volleyball, Cecere collected over 1,000 digs and was a 2020 Third-Team All-District 6 selection and a 2021 Second-Team All-District Choice.
Cecere also led Forest Hills to 2021 LHAC volleyball and track and field championships.
Cecere was a member of the National Honor Society, Highest Honor Roll, SADD, Astronomy Club, and Prom Committee, as well the president of the Student Council and Spirit Club.
