University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown Athletics

The 2025 season marks the 11th for Oleg Aminov as an assistant women's soccer coach at Pitt-Johnstown.

Aminov, a former professional goalkeeper in the USSR, spent nine seasons as an assistant coach at Johnstown's Bishop McCort High School prior to joining Pitt-Johnstown's staff in 2015.

From 2002 through 2015, Aminov played in an "Over 40" League in the Pittsburgh area, and in 2004, his team moved to the Premium League and went on to win three league championships.

Aminov, who moved to Johnstown in 1995, and his wife have three grown children and three grandchildren.
