Biography
Freshman Season (2015-16)
With injuries at 157 lbs., Devin Austin took over the starting job midway through true freshman and made the most of his opportunity by finishing third at the Super Region I Tournament and advancing to the NCAA Division II National Tournament. Austin, who wrestled for the Mountain Cats but did not place at the Midwest Classic, ended the year at 17-11 overall and 10-4 in dual meets. His 15 wins by decision led the team.
Sophomore Season (2016-17)

Red-Shirt Sophomore Season (2017-18)
After red-shirting in 2016-17, Austin took over the starting job at 165 lbs. Austin was the runner-up at the Super Region I tournament and became an All-American with a seventh-place finish at the National Tournament. He was 19-9 overall and 11-5 in dual meets. His 11 dual meet wins and 11 victories by decision both ranked second on the team, while his 19 overall wins were third on the team. Austin also placed fifth at the PSAC Championships.
Junior Season (2018-19)
Austin took the next step in his wrestling career by advancing to the semifinals before placing third at the NCAA Division II Championships. He finished with a 17-9 overall record and a 7-5 mark in dual meets. Austin placed third at the Super Region I Tournament and fourth at the PSAC Championships. His 11 victories by decision ranked third on the team.

Four-year letterman...senior season record of 28-5… career record of 110-38.
