Gavyn Beck earned the starting job at 165 lbs. the first half of the season and went 7-12 overall and 4-4 in dual meets. Four of his seven wins came by way of decision and two came by way of major decision. Beck also wrestled at the Midwest Classic, but did not place.
High School
Four-year letterman...recorded 93 wins with 51 falls in his career...PIAA AAA sixth-place finisher...3-time WPIAL place-winner and two-time County Champion...four-year high honors student.
