Biography
Freshman Season (2017-18)
With the need for a starter at 125 lbs., Matt Siszka was taken off of red-shirt and inserted into the Mountain Cat line-up for much of the season. Siszka was 5-11 overall and 1-3 in dual meets. He also wrestled at the 2017 PSAC Tournament, but did not place.
Sophomore Season (2018-19)
Siszka moved from 125 to 133 lbs. and finished with a 12-15 overall record and a 4-12 mark in dual meets. Siszka earned All-PSAC honors with a runner-up finish at the conference championships and placed fourth at the Super Region I Tournament. His four wins by major decision tied for fourth on the team.
Junior Season (2019-20)
Siszka, who wrestled much of the season at 133 lbs., posted a 12-10 overall record and a 9-8 record in dual meets as a junior. He had seven wins by decision and three by fall.
