Red-Shirt Freshman Season (2025-26)
 Trent Hoover posted a 24-9 overall record and an 11-2 dual meet record as the starter at 165 lbs. with nine decisions, two major decisions, eight technical falls, and five falls. He was a shared-champion at the East Stroudsburg Tournament and also placed eighth at the 2025 Midwest Classic. Hoover capped off his season by placing third at the Super Region I Tournament, earning his first National Tournament appearance. Hoover was tabbed as a Third-Team All-PSAC selection and was named to the 2025-26 National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) Division II Scholar All-America Team.
