Seton Hill University scored two second half goals to break open a 1-0 halftime advantage to earn a 3-0 PSAC victory over the Lady Cats on Saturday afternoon at the Pitt-Johnstown Soccer Field. The Lady Cats finish their season with an overall record of 1-16-0 and 0-16-0 in the PSAC.
Jessica Adams finished a pass from Kara Lopoyda in the 35th minute to put the Griffins up 1-0 at halftime.
Bri Kostan scored on a shot from the top of the box in the 56th minute, before Katelyn Waiter added another goal in the 89th minute to set a final score of 3-0.Â
Rebekah Schultz played in goal for Pitt-Johnstown. Schultz made seven saves, but allowed all three goals. Bethany Winter earned the shutout in goal for Seton Hill with three saves.Â
With the win, the Griffins improved to 6-11-1 overall and 4-11-1 in the PSAC.Â
