Men's Golf Finishes 13th at Concord Invitational

Josh Miller (Spring, TX) shot a two-day total of 165 to tie for 54th-place and lead the Mountain Cat golf team to a 13th-place finish at Saturday and Sunday's Concord (WV) University Invitational at Glade Springs Resort.  Concord's Emmanuel Charmat's fired a four-under 140 to earn medalist honors and lead the Mountain Lions to the title at +24 (600), five strokes better than Indiana University (PA). 
     Miller shot an 82 on Saturday, before wrapping up the tournament with an 83 on Sunday to tie Fairmont State (WV) University's Justin Stambaugh for 54th-place at +21.  Kevin McDonald (Erie, Pa.) tied for 56th-place at +22, while Ben Sera (North Huntingdon, Pa.) finished 69th at +28.  Jason Vercelotti (Oakmont, Pa.) tied for 70th (+32) and Jacob Bolby (Ligonier, Pa.) finished 74th (+40) to round out the Mountain Cats who competed. 
     Concord won the team championship at +24, followed by IUP (+29, 605), Pfeiffer (NC) University (+30, 606), California University (PA) (+38, 614) and Ohio Valley (WV) University (+40, 616).  Pitt-Johnstown rounded out the 13-team field at +101 (677).
